Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
: (1) The name of this Act shall be “Trafficking and Trafficking in Persons (Control) Act, 2064”.
(2) This Act shall come into force forthwith.
(3) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall also apply to any person who commits an offense under this Act against a Nepali citizen living outside Nepal.
